WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT CEREAL FIBER FOR YOUR HEALTH?

The ingredient to a long, healthy life is in your bowl of cereal

In today's episode, our co-hosts Jimmy Moore and Dietitian Cassie are joined by a Paleo food blogger with a penchant for posting pics of his low-carb meals named Jamey Bennett from "Two Dudes Foods" and a 100-pound weight loss success on an Atkins low-carb diet and now ketogenic diet named Brian Wiley. Listen to Jimmy and Cassie share about the petition that led Kraft Foods and The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to end their "Kids Eat Right" logo being placed on American cheese products. This is a BIG win for real food and Jimmy and Cassie celebrate the return to sanity in this.

Plus, don't miss Brian's Philly Cheese Steak Chili recipe and Jamey's Chorizo, Bacon, and Eggs Rutabaga Hash recipe at the end. It's time to pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee and let's talk!
