Leah and Amber interviewed Cynthia Thurlow and Dr. Eva Detko. They talked with Cynthia about her individualized approach to Intermittent Fasting and how to tailor it to your unique needs. There are so many adjustments you can make to find something that works for you. The following week we had Dr. Eva Detko on talking about our vagus nerve and how important it is for self regulating, immune function, digestion, and overall health and well-being.
