In today’s episode Elyse shares her health journey with Leah and Holly Jean and does some myth busting on some misconceptions about the GAPS diet. It’s not as big and scary as some people would like to you believe. Spoiler alert: the benefits diet pros can outweigh the cons; the truth lies in the context of bio-individuality and unique healing needs.
