She lives in Brisbane Australia and has written a Book, Program and Course called the The Slow Life Project.
Leah and Lana discuss whether you should make New Year’s Resolutions and Lana shares her tips on how to set yourself up to make your resolutions last as well as her tips for setting goals at any time of the year.
