LINKS MENTIONED IN EPISODE 119 Ellie's LCHF Meatballs Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well. Form into golf-ball sized balls and place into large baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Debbie's Ranch Chicken Place chicken incrock pot with the mushrooms and ranch dressing, cook on high for 4 hours. After the 4 hours, add the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese stir and cook til melted and heated through. Serve with cauliflower rice or by itself. Yummy! |
