Real Health Conversations
Real Health Conversations (Formerly Low-Carb Conversations) is hosted by Holly Jean Mullen, FNTP and features a variety of voices in the world of modern nutrition and health science, expressing many different points of view.

This week on Low Carb Conversations with Leah Williamson FNTP and Guests, Leah is joined by lifetime natural competitive bodybuilder, online keto coach, host of the Keto Savage podcast and Co Founder of Keto Brick a keto friendly meal replacement bar, Robert Sikes aka Keto Savage.

On the podcast this week, Leah and Robert chat Robert’s preparation for his natural competitive bodybuilding competitions, how he uses Keto to his advantage and how he shreds before competitions. They discuss an article that says Keto is dangerous to use while shredding (although Robert is a perfect example of how it works).  They also discuss the carnivore diet, dietary ideologies and thoughts around stopping the “in” fighting and supporting one another’s dietary journeys.
