Diet drinks deemed as good as water for blood sugar control

Now she has a clinical Nutritional Therapy business and provides cooking and educational classes.

Beth, Ellie, Kara and Leah discuss a new study from a Sydney, Australia hospital that looked at why so many patients who presented with heart attacks had none of the usual associated risk factors - what could be the issue?  In the second article we discuss low-calorie sweetened beverages (LCSBs). The article suggests LCSB do not adversely affect blood sugar levels and could promote healthier eating through lower-carb consumption - really? How do you think we respond?
