Real Health Conversations
Real Health Conversations (Formerly Low-Carb Conversations) is hosted by Holly Jean Mullen, FNTP and features a variety of voices in the world of modern nutrition and health science, expressing many different points of view.

Episode 366

This week on Low Carb Conversations with FNTPs Leah, Holly Jean and Amber – all three hosts – come together for their first episode as a trio!

In this episode the ladies chat about their favorite highlights from guests over the last month and then move on to talk about the one topic you can’t escape: COVID-19. Rest assured, this is not another one of “those” podcasts – this one is better! Yes, the world, as we knew it, is looking a bit unrecognizable to us right now. As people are holding on to familiar comforts they are also looking for opportunities for reflection, growth, and improved health. In this episode we discuss 10 Unconventional Ways to Boost the Immune System and they are not the same, tired suggestions you’ve been hearing.

As mentioned on the podcast: What should we call this new, regular episode? We would love to hear your suggestions so why not send us an email at podcast@nourishingconversations.com or comment in the Facebook group!
