The study claims that low saturated fat in take can shorten ones life by 13%, yet a diet high in fat cuts ones life by 23%. How confusing! The solution? The authors suggest a happy medium..yet strongly urge to not have a high fat intake. Listen in to hear the NTP perspective! Secondly, a new article talks about how preservatives can make us gain weight. Preservatives can interfere with our endocrine system and cause weight gain. But what about natural preservatives?
